The seven original Strada Properties partners set the stage for a company where extraordinary customer service was the single-minded goal and where agents, hand-picked for their talent and integrity, could thrive in a fresh, upbeat, technology driven, team oriented environment. Then they came, the best of the best agents to embrace a vision and to join together to create the reality. Those heady early days of launching Strada Properties required long hours, close teamwork and undeterred spirit. The experience established a culture of being individually and collectively invested in the success of every client transaction and a new and innovative method for advancing customer service. Success is fun and clients responded to our can-do spirit and the benefits of our effort.
After nearly five years of having the highest market share among our competitors, the core values in our office remain unchanged. We all meet weekly to discuss topics which impact our clients such as law changes, market conditions, community issues and technology innovations. The Previews Studio was created by Strada Properties and its award winning artists create the highest quality marketing materials and advertising for our clients. We have an Information Technology Department which delivers the most up-to-date technological applications to our agents, who are all equipped with personal computers. Most importantly, we are each still personally invested in the success of our clients and each other.
Under a new banner of Coldwell Banker Previews International – Newport Center, the same extraordinary agents continue to set the standard for excellence in the industry. For both 2004 and 2005, Coldwell Banker recognized our office as the top dollar producer in Orange County and second in the nation. While we acknowledge the recognition, it has always been our style to measure our success in terms of client satisfaction. We don’t require or have a production-based award program for agents. Our real estate professionals were chosen to be part of this team for their commitment to customer service.
The Previews International – Newport Center agents appreciate the confidence and respect our clients have provided us since our earliest days as Strada Properties.
